Affording Charles Wright Academy

Charles Wright is committed to maintaining socioeconomic diversity by assisting families to afford a CWA college preparatory education. We are dedicated to the accessibility that this program provides students. Financial Aid is available for Kindergarten through 12th Grade students. We consider all applications very carefully and our Financial Aid process is separate from the admission process.

Tuition for 2023 – 2024

Full day program: $23,000

School day: 8:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Morning care available at 7:30 a.m.

Afternoon care available until 5:30 p.m.

Families can pay for tuition with one of our payment plans. They provide options for paying tuition in one, three, or nine payments over the course of the academic year. Beginning School is not eligible for financial aid, however, tuition includes lunch and snacks, before and after school care, and free optional summer care. How to Apply for Financial Aid

This year, 37% of Charles Wright Academy students received financial aid grants totaling $3.2 million dollars.

We understand that financing an independent school education is a significant expense. While the primary responsibility for paying tuition lies with the family, we are committed to meeting as much of the demonstrated financial need of our enrolled families as possible.

Create an Account

Visit the School & Student Services (SSS) website at https://sssandtadsfa.force.com/familyportal and create an account. SSS is a third-party organization that processes financial aid applications for independent schools. You will use your SSS account to upload all of your financial aid application components.

*Note for divorced or separated parents, or never-married parents living apart: a separate financial aid application must be submitted for each household.

Parent Financial Statement (PFS)

The Parent Financial Statement or PFS is your financial aid application form. You will need to begin the process by filling it out completely.
